Photoshop a photo of the engine onto a photo of the car, they are usually done better than that with a transparent edge to the outer engine bay/bonnet interface.

I've not looked but I'm going for:
Take photo
open bonnet
Take 2nd photo
Photoshop part of 2nd photo in to 1st photo

Aaah,easy when yu know how
I was thinking some sort of semi transparent bonnet,with a red tint & lights under it so you could see the engine in the dark
