Does someone really think the best way to attract people to buy his little off roader is to make the main picture one which features his missus and absolutely none of the car? It's not only asking for nutters, but is an odd thing to want to do for the sake of trying to sell a broken car for a few hundred quid.

I get that, but it's reasonably common knowledge that every car forum in the universe has a thread like this, so it's a great way of getting your ad shared (assuming your missus is happy to be treated like a piece of meat)
