So hands up who was stuck at the wrong end of Wellington Way, waiting for the barriers to open.
I was stuck there until Waugh-Terfall and others went the long way round and sent a text to say they were in.Turned around and went the long way round, only to be met by the line of traffic that had been let through the gates.
Ended up about 2 places in front of my previous position.

All you PHers I salute you. The various cars on display were awesome, and not just the outrageously expensive hypercars. The 205 GTI, the weird orange Honda, the 911s, the Mustangs, Garlick's TVR (an exhaust note from the depths of hades itself)...all fantastic.
Glad you like my little 205....I was worried that she was going to be out of place with all the expensive stuff....but it seems that she still has what it takes to make people stop and look Planning a full strip and bare metal respray over the winter....so hopefully she will look fresher than the day she came off the production line....

Well if it looks that good, don't sacrifice the originality.
I would love to but its had a couple of knocks in the past (have copies of the insurance claims in the history file I got with the car) which plus there is a little bit of rust coming through in a couple of places....so rather than trying to match 3 or 4 different shades of Peugeot Alpine White I am going for the full strip and respray in single stage 2 pack paint. My thoughts are that once its done properly it will last another 20+ years....oh and I need her to look her best for October next year as she is what I am turning up at my wedding in!
