Im going to list the event that happened on thusday as i could do with some advice...

1. Stopped at roundabout when a young girl bumps/crashes into the back of me.
2. I get out the car and ask her to park up so we can exchange details etc..
3. I pull over and as im doing so she drives off (which i didnt notice untill a couple of mins had passed.. nice area and an innocent enough looking girl driving so wouldnt of thought she wouldve done one)
4. After a few moment effing an blinding at my girlfriend (who was a passenger in my car) i go to fill up my car and get on with my day as i thought id lost her.
5. Still with my blood boiling at myself for not getting her reg and her for fking off i keep my eyes peeled for her driving around.
6. After 15mins driving around the town centre i spot her waiting at the lights facing the opposite way so after a few (legal) U-turns im about 5car lengths behind her (by this time shes put her foot down and is giving me a chase) and im trying to atleast get her registration.
7. I spot her going up a one way road which is used very rarely so chooseto follow her up it, she then parks with the front of her car facing a wall and the rear of her car facing the road and i block her in.
8. I then get out of my car and as she gets out hers the car rolls into mine (forgot to put handbrake on) and puts a few dents in my wing, she tries driving forward but obviously has no clutch control.. stalls again and rolls back into it again!
9. after i move my car slightly back to avoid my 4th contact with the golf i get every bit of detail of her.
10. I ring the local police (not 999) and tell them what happened and reported her and they didnt seem too arsed that she had tried fleeing from the accident...

Now this is where i need some guidance..

Both my girlfriend and i are in quite abit of pain (me mostly) with a bad back, neck and chest. It wasnt a particually highspeed shunt but i think this is why im in this amount of pain as the body of the car didnt take any of the impact and came right though to my actual body.

Ive been to the doctors the day after with (at that time) just slight back pain, but now i seem to be ceasing up. The docs gave me a list of painkillers (iprobufen etc) to take.

Im not thinking of going back to the docs as its getting worse and also thinking about contacting the police with regards to her doing a runner and them not really acknowledging it!

Is this the right way to go?

Ps Sorry if ive made a few spelling and grammar errors tongue out

Erm, did you say anything to her when she got out? Something along the lines of "stop driving into me you stupid bh" ?

in the interests of staying on topic, just go back to your GP. You'll probably be prescribed anti-inflammatorys, which worked for me.

id also consider the police route considering she just fked off

Indeed i did, something along the line off "what the fk are you playing at and if you hadnt of run off in the first place just think how many crashes less you couldve had today!"

Edit to add: Yeah the doc just said take some ipobrufen and the rub aswell but im concerned that its getting worse as i havent had the best back history (virus on my spine when i was younger causing me to be paralysed for week)

Would have been a better post had you ended up taking girlfriend and innocent-looking-girl-from-nice-area back to yours.

As it is though, phone bib, phone insurnace, give details to both, go to doctors if required, resume normal life and see what becomes of it.

I can see her claiming she felt threatened etc i.e. You jumping out of the car at first impact telling her to pull over her being naive and scared drove off , 15 minutes later she sees you following her so she pulls up in an alley to see if you drive away but you then follow her she panicks tries to get away and causes more damage.

I know that isn't what you meant to appear but given a good spin and it could happen, be careful as that's the way she may push it.
TBH I would have done the same, she doesn't seem capable of driving.

Haha my girlfriend had alrady noticed she was good looking and was keeping an eye on me!

Already phoned insurance and the repairs are getting the estimation tomorrow, as with regards to the police i was abit suprised they didnt take more notice into the fact she fked off.. as you hear how much problems this causes with bigger accidents...

Hmm id take her to court over that one as at the first impact i was completely relaxed if not abit shaken up by the bang and im not excactly a threatening person, skinny only a couple year older than her...

ETA Odrama not much damage to the car apart from an unaligned hatchback (for some reason?) and the wing has got a few 3inch dents in it.

What advice are you looking for? If you've been injured let your insurer know about it. Make a log of all relevant information and all costs incurred.
