Just with regards to the policeman on the phone not seeming to give a fook about the fact she fled from the accident..
Ok, well I'd say she has 24 hours to report it. IF it is not reported within 24 hours then I'd call them and request that they take action against her for it.

Similar thing happened to me last year.

Clocked a car driving erratically a few lengths behind me, it then swung up a side street only to reappear seconds later in my mirrors. Keeping an eye on the mirror, I watched the chap as he followed me for a few hundred yards. I then stopped at a pedestrian crossing, he also stopped then proceeded to just go, hitting the back of my car hard enough to pop the bumper off it's clips and cause some cosmetic damage.

I got out, challenged him and then immediately figured he wasn't the full shilling or had been indulging in some substances, so having told him to pull over I walked back to my car as it was stopped, running and the thought that it could be a hijack attempt crossed my mind. As I did, the chap wheelspun off over the pavement and disappeared.

I rang the police (Avon & Somerset) who were extremely helpful and said they'd already had a report of said chap, was I ok etc, took a description and said somebody would deal with it. Little while later, the police called and then arranged for me to give a statement as the chap had been caught having damaged otehr cars after mine.

I was given a form to fill in for the repairs but was told it could take months to get any sort of compensation for the damage (he was uninsured etc) but in the end, I had the car machine polished and the bumper clips renewed and didn't bother pursuing it through the courts.

Not sure if that helps you, but certainly the poolice were very interested to hear that the person had driven away and was indeed uninsured etc.

I'm guessing he means at least one of the 4 accidents?

Or does he mean that she mightve felt threatened?

No, I did mean one of the times she crashed into you, mainly the first one.......

If she felt threatened you can bet you'd already have been arrested by now as if she is daddy's little girl and spoilt, she'd have no hesitation in making up some s**t about you. And indeed, part of my logic in reporting it yourself and demanding it be noted by plod is to ensure that they know there was no aggression etc on your part and that she did not feel threatened etc..
