similar to the scum that rock up at A&E for treatment and then start abusing the staff - in my world they would get some rather special treatment involving an enema pipe, a large compressor and some coarse grain sand

and, my personal favourites from years back now when I saw the last example of it in the Strangeways riots, prisoners who set a prison on fire and then get on the roof. Right lads, its a bit dangerous for us to try to resuce you, so what are you going to do now?
