What a useless waste of a job and idea?

Bit of a vague title as I didnt know what to call it or where to put it.
Thought options were:
'Entrapment' - SP&L
'Local Government waste' - NP&E
'Illegal turn enforcement' - SP&L
etc etc
So went for the vague crap above....
Walking home last night through Tottenham Court Rd area (London) and came across a Smart car all badged up as a camera car with one of those telescopic cameras in the middle of the roof.
TWO council scrotes sitting in it with every thing powered up and running - two screens inside car, and engine running. Stopped and realised why they were parked up and videoing the junction ahead - quite side road at 10.20pm. Problem is that there is a no right turn at the lights - tiny issue but still a no right turn. People who head down this road wont know and will probably throw a right at night when there is nobody about. Pointless enforcement except to raise money. This is the West End backwater that is this junction. No peds. No traffic. just mistakes and the odd chancer who 'knows' that no harm will be done.
Whats scared me more was my anger at the hypocrisy of the 'Camden Goes Green' b
ks whilst they sit there at night with the engine running for God knows how long. The issue of a pointless money making exercise then kicked in and reminded me why I should really be furious..
That helped my mood enormously so I stopped and suggested that they turn the engine off and stopped their Child killing waste (and daft behaviour)...
You can imagine that it didnt go well from there.... I remained polite and one of the TWO operatives in the car refused to have her photo taken (
) but the driver got indignant and pretty much threatened to get out as he was very angry with my tone. I suggested that this was not the appropriate response and better if we all deal with it via letters and correspndence - God it is easy to wind these idiots up!
So (whilst sounding a punchy pr1ck myself I imagine,) what to do?
A Get a life
B Write a letter
C Send BoJo an email
D Track down the Camden Council leader and stalk him
or
E HAve a mild rant on a motoring site?
(Not forgetting option F, Get a real life and a cab home?)
