GM Europe headquarters address?

I am trying to send a letter to the headquarters of GM Europe but neither Google, wikipedia or the GM site is my friend in this quest.

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?

There is the small matter of the headcount limits and that all new vacancies are being filled by people employed by agencies.
Most Vauxhall staff do not work for Vauxhall, directly.
