Why?
Sorry i took so long to reply but i have only just seen your reply, the reason for not likeing the 6.0 is because i dont like companys without imagination although it may be a good engine, the fact that it has been in every aston for past 20 years (excluding the aston v8 of course) and for a v12 it never made anywhere near enough power, when companys like ferrari and maserati have updatted their engines considerrably in the space of 20+ years astons v12 went up by sub 100 bhp, the aston 4.3 v8 also applys to my opinion of not being powerful enough, i apologise if my opinion is still not clear but it is very difficult for me to explain it in writing, i have convinced a few friends my point and i know it is hard to understand but there is reasoning behind it i just cant manage to write it sorry.

Aston debuted the v12 in 1999, starting with 420hp. Latest models produce 510hp. That's a specific output of about 86hp/litre. While that's less than the Ferrari 599 (somewhere around 102hp/litre) it makes peak power and torque roughly 1000rpm lower (7600rpm for the Ferrari, 6500 for the Aston) meaning that you need to rev the Ferrari to get to the power. Hardly dignified, is it?
