Best sounding road car v12?

I may be wrong, but I think the McLaren F1's BMW V12 is free of flywheel effect so the revs rise quickly and drop instantly in a similar manner, albeit without the same F1 provenance, amusingly given the name. Certainly sounds manic enough anyway and I'd love to hear one in the real sense rather than through video.

Doesn't seem to make a lot of noise (probably different in the metal) but very responsive & modern sounding.

Ferrari 550/575. That V12 shriek even sounded good in film on Bad Boys 2.
