I've never come across anyone who's used them. I cycle past the Cougar bodyshop fairly regularly (on the other side of town but presumably a connected business) and they seem to do good trade but I don't know how much you can read into that.
I found the cougar spray shop on google and they seemed an ok company if they are related. And the cougar car dealership seems like an ok website. Might just go and look at the car and scope the place out a bit.
