Not really going to work if you need more than 2 seats or have kids though.
An Elise is NOT the same as any other 2 seater! 
The VX220 is a poor mans Elise, isn't it?

k off. The widest thing that fits in that boot is the carbon fibre strut things that hold the roof up, and they have to wedged in each side under the body.You'd maybe get a nine iron and a putter in there, but unless you only play pitch and putt that's a bit useless.
I do agree that the boot is bigger than people suggest (I managed to get a whole festival kit for two people in there, for example) but it's simply not wide enough for golf bats.
