They're not Peugeots, though...

wonders how many other anoraks will get that one
Nope

I don't get it
The Peugeot equivalent to a diesel DPF is called an 'FAP'.

Hence you get models listed as 'Peugeot 308 2.0HDI FAP' on price lists.

Made me laugh, anyway.

That paint is nasty enough but that's one hell of a combo with blue seats.

The Porsche 'diarrhoea' interior is probably still the worst, some of their options are about as crass and tasteless as you can spec, people should be shot if they try and spec some of those horrors.

Me neither. I actually like phoenix yellow as a colour and would not mind an M3 in that colour with a black interior.

The blue doesn't look too bad, mainly I think because BMW had the good sense to keep the dash and carpets black. That is actually what I really dislike about the dodgy Porsche interiors is that every bloody thing has to become that colour.

i think there is a common feature here...never leave a German alons with colourful paint and say 'go on chap, express yourself'.

That is horrid although the exterior is stunning, it is owned by Mr Force India.

Agreed, the exterior is gorgeous - but it needs a retrim!

Why?

White, black, grey VAGs with the inevitible black cloth interior are possible the crappest colour combinations there are.
From someone with a white Kia Picanto with (looks like) a black interior. Guess the Kia badge instead of VW makes all the difference rolleyes

This just makes me think it was a cruel joke played on a colour-blind person.

Yes, I bought it because I just love the colour combination and it'll keep the resale values strong! biggrin

Not at all because it was the very cheapest combination, and that's all that matters in a £5000 city car. rolleyes

Another for the mix is a 'Misty Lilac' Citroen C2 (and yes, that is the actual colour name) which you could specify with quite ghastly orange cloth seats.

No proper pics, but they exist on Google.

I'd love a car that colour. Though I confess to not buying one for fear of it breaking down and me being marooned.

Porsche's Nephrite Green was the one that sprang to mind, with a (dis)honourable mention for Mercedes' "Designo" treatments of the 90's with swirly veneers and odd colours.
