Insurance, and proving no claims

My brother got his Australian NCB honoured by Swinton. He did have substantiation, but it may only have been a renewal letter.

I haven't got a geagraphy degree, but I don't think S. Africa or Australia are in the EU. I still maintain that all insurers are legally obligated to treat EU bonus the same as they treat UK bonus.

Refuse to believe that even a Spanish insurer can just "close". Their business must be in run-off somewhere, so you should be able to find them.

No notification of bonificacion on any documents ?
