Best 2 car combi
Discussion
Up until last month I had an E30 M3 for weekend pampering and and M3 CSL for commuting and sprinting, Ideal combination for me at the time
CSL now gone and E30 should be gone soon so the plan is to use my C class diesel for committing and towing the race car leaving a GT3 size gap on the drive waiting to be filled with a weekend toy

End of the thread.
Can we re-open it please, I don't like those choices, some of us aren't nearly old enough to be driving a FFRR I'll have my luxo-barge and 4x4 combined into an Audi S8 quattro please, and I'd like my fun car to be of the topless brutish variety, a nice TVR Griff 500 should do nicely.
2 best cars = 16 Cylinders, any less isn't "best" IMO
Pah. I have this sown up with a classic pairing of Porsche 968 CS for practical and economical daily transport, and my mighty Citroen BX TZD Estate for weekend blats and fun drives.
Both in racing red (though ze Germans call it Guards Red), and registered within 3 weeks of one another back in 1993.
As an aside, it's a shame that despite Porsches best efforts, Citroen showed up their 'lightweight' approach by building a 5 seater estate with a boat anchor engine and complex suspension system that weighed in significantly lighter than Porsche's stripped out 2-seater coupe...

I'm pretty happy with what I have.
Me too. Very happy in fact and it's taken a while to get there but still extremely modest to many. Both cover all bases we can think of.
Will have to scratch the two seater loony car one day but not until the kids no longer need driving around.

I just went for the two seater, despite having three kids under six - they all need child seats, so I can't fit the whole family in anything exciting. Can't leave just one at home, so I thought I might as well buy a silly car and take wife or one child at a time (or hoon on my own ).
I like your style! I'd get into deep trouble for doing the same though! What did you get?
