So this forces the guy in the Audi to park over the line, but the Jaguar has parked correctly.
Maybe the sun brings out the idiots.
There do seem to be a massive number of £100k cars around, as you suggest!

Not strictly true this time Vipers, mate. The Audi could have parked correctly in the space beside the Jag. He wasn't forced to park as he did. He just helped make it worse!

Now let's be fair, the 'opinion' wasn't that all badly parked cars were expensive, but that the expensive ones had a right to do so. Shame on you. There do seem to be a massive number of £100k cars around, as you suggest!

Couple of words, like "Ignorant barsteward" come to mind. They may wonder why they return to a wiper or two are bent up, and perhaps the mirror is broken off.I am joking, I personally wouldnt attack someones car, but I am sure some would coming back to this clown parked next to theirs.

Anyone watch Parking Mad on Monday.
I couldn't figure when it showed a T junction, road to the left and right was regular two way traffic, as you approached the junction from a no entry road there was a No left turn with a sneaky camera van waiting to catch motorists who turned left
Watched the clip and just totally stumped.
Glad it wasn't just me then. I fully understand "no right turn" where crossing two opposing lanes causes delay at a junction, or where a roundabout is nearby to the left. I fully understand "no left turn" where there is a one way system in play. But the "no left turn" on the show you are referring to? Buggered if I can fathom any reason for it at all. It actually forced drivers into a right turn across traffic which they wanted to join going left, and seemed to be utterly bonkers.I couldn't figure when it showed a T junction, road to the left and right was regular two way traffic, as you approached the junction from a no entry road there was a No left turn with a sneaky camera van waiting to catch motorists who turned left

An excellent way to make money. Why do you think the camera car was there? The signage was probably designed for it.
That's the only conclusion I could come to. In which case the council needs taking to task over this.Just wish I knew where it was so I could street view it.

So if they allowed a left turn, people would take the side road to cut out the town traffic and lights etc.

As for BMWs, Audis, Jaguars, etc needing extra space? Laughable, I'm afraid. I don't give a stuff how many 'M', 'S', or 'R' badges you glue to the bootlid, when it's all distilled down, a car is just a car when you drive to the bloody shops in it
You are so wrong. A car is just transport to some, and like you they don't really have passion for their cars. For others it isn't about the badges on the boot, it is about the work that went into building the car, or the effort they made to buy the car. A lot of cars are bought as rewards or goals and are worth far more than the physical cost of the car. Some cars you are truly passionate about and feel honoured to own.
I always used two spaces when I parked my AM in a public car park. Not because I was being arrogant but because the majority of the public will not respect it the way that the car deserves to be treated. When the rear arch was damaged by a piece of tyre from a lorry I felt physically sick.
Even now I feel lucky that I have the cars I have. I don't want to be parking next to a car where the occupants use the car next to them as a door stop. If people respected others property it would never be an issue, unfortunately lack of respect, petty jealousy and a general lack of care means it is an issue.
