He’s Nottingham born, his Mum still lives there. He owns a large property portfolio in the area too. Not sure if he’s living local again. Talking of well known people who are Nottingham born and bred still living in the area:
Cricketer Stuart Broad (house for sale, not sure if staying in area) - Range Rover.
Actress Vicky McClure I once saw in a Jaguar XF.
Boxer Carl Froch - Ferrari Portofino and Mercedes G-Class.
Kenneth Clarke, former MP including Chancellor - Audi A3 and an Audi R8.
Chef Sat Bains (originally a Derby lad) - Range Rover Sport SVR.
Ken Clarke in an R8? He strikes me as more of an A8 kind of guy. Not a bad two car garage though, covers all the bases.Cricketer Stuart Broad (house for sale, not sure if staying in area) - Range Rover.

The bloke whose company decorated the Eiffel Tower for y2k, I sat in his F40 in a parking space in one off the side streets by the tower.
I saw Rod Stewart in his Enzo on the Highway East London.
I chatted to Jay Kay on the tunnel, he was in a Merc E55AMG
I helped load up Ross Kemp's Porsche 911 with his duty free purchases on the Eurotunnel when I worked in the duty free shop.
I saw James May in an older Rolls/Bentley in the area of Olympia a couple of years.
Jeremy Clarkson Filming the Eagle Speedster segment on TopGear along Stone Street near Canterbury.
The Queen and Prince Philip in Margate in her Bentley.
Tiff Needle in a BMW 330d E46 on the M25.
I used to chat to Paul Hollywood and his wife in the school carpark in Canterbury, he had a silver Aston Martin, she had a metallic brown Porsche 911.
David Prowse in my Mercedes.
David Prowse in his Mercedes cl420 which was previously owned by Kenny Baker.

Saw that creep Saville in an open Rolls in York, just going beyond the station and on towards Clifford’s tower and the city. In the 70s, just thought he was an eccentric ‘celeb’. He lived in a penthouse flat by Roundhay Park in Leeds ,posh new development where my aunt lived, no one suspected at that time....

That reminds me, about thirty years ago I saw Dave Lee Travis driving a Mitsubishi Shogun with the plate 1DLT, can't even remember where it was...Taking a mate for a spin in a Alfa GTV in 1999/2000 when a Honda S2000 comes flying past. I gave chase but was promptly out driven at each roundabout, we were in Milton Keynes.
We both pull in to a petrol station, the other driver was Vicki Butler-Henderson. She smiled but she could have been laughing at my inability to keep up.
