Those weren't the real drivers standing in front, as they would not have been smiling. I am quite sure they were cardboard cutouts.

I like the SRT8 Jeeps; they embarass many "proper sports cars" in the real world. The acceleration is immense! That said, I don't much care for the flashy colour scheme of these examples.

There can be only one colour scheme for these monsters: black.

I don't dislike the Grand Cherokee generally. Just those abortions.

I don't think it will sell that well if you need to wear overalls to drive it.

Overalls are easy. Being a whinging swarthy midget will be more of a stumbling block to most.

Even in Ferrari red with stripes, it's better than the dull urbanity of most 4x4s and Yummy Mummy Movers.

Go look up Peter Monteverdi.

Chrysler was good enough for him, he put their engines in his cars.

Seems to get good enough reviews too - hussling through the chicane test at a speed that matches an M3.

Yep good reviews by everybody I've read and seen

Also updated in 2014 with 8 speed box and launch control

What's not to like. I thought this was a site for car enthusiasts.

I had one of these courtesy of Hertz for a few days last week (in the UK). I loved it! It was huge, garish, drank like Ollie Reid and had a cabin from an early 90's Vegas Casino but I absolutely loved it. Great driving position, loads of power, handled well, made a great growl under power and it had the full Toys R Us spec on it as well. I looked it up and it was nearly £50k new - you'd be mad to get one over an equivalent X5 but if someone else is paying, it's got a lot of charm.

It also had the fast lane clearing ability of nothing else I've driven - that huge cliff face front, mean thin xenons and a sinister toothy grill would fill any mirror!

The latest shape JGC is a very handsome car IMO. The interior is lovely

My experience of 4x4s is very limited. In fact I've only been in an old x5 and a toureg. Jeep was far nicer.

Looks are subjective but I find the JGC far closer looks wise to a LR product than say a Mitsubishi or a land cruiser.

If I was after a vehicle like this, the standard one would be far too subtle. Chav-tastic Ferrari edition or a nice bright fluorescent green for me please.
