How cool are you?

If you're not cool: http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/3478329.htm

If you're cool: http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/2333232.htm

Not sure what insurance would be like for the former, but the latter could work on a classic policy.
2nd one is utterly stunning, and strangely my exact Forza car from last night, these have really grown on me, doesn't seem expensive in the times of the 26k Mk3 Escort.

Right so you something different that you can do stuff to in that case you need to be looking at older stuff. If preformance isn't an issue how about

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/morris-mini-pickup-1275-...

or

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Austin-Mini-95L-Van-Sale...

or

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1978-AUSTIN-MORRIS-MINI-...

All different and could be made to go faster if needed

Value of 635's seems to still be going up at the moment. At very worst with that you'd get a years free motoring (bar fuel)

I prefer Duck jokes to Owl ones,

"How do you turn a Duck into a Soul Singer"

"Put it in the Microwave until it's Bill Withers"

or,

A duck walks into a bar and asks: "Got any bread?"
Barman says: "No."
Duck says: "Got any bread?"
Barman says: "No."
Duck says: "Got any bread?"
Barman says: "No, we have no bread."
Duck says: "Got any bread?"
Barman says: "No, we haven't got any f*cking bread."
Duck says: "Got any bread?"
Barman says: "No, are you deaf?! We haven't got any f*cking bread, ask me again and I'll nail your f*cking beak to the bar you irritating b*stard of a f*cking bird!"

Duck says: "Got any nails?"
Barman says: "No."

Duck says: "Got any bread?

This is the answer

Audi A4 Cabriolet - V6 engine for noise, good looks for headturning, cheap enough to buy and run, will make girls want to have sex with you.

HTH.

I know you cant really buy much of a car under 4k, so yeah, budget would be 5-10k.
This is untrue. Example:

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3576684.htm

In terms of a 'headturner', just get something that would turn your head if you saw it. Then you're happy with how it looks and you can sleep soundly knowing it qualifies as a 'headturner'.

Utterly appalling MPG for such a slow car! Depends why you want one i suppose.
Doogz did you read the title of the thread?

I can't think of any headturning cars at the moment. Maybe the new Subaru/Toyota that comes out, but other than that they're all just standard stuff. A Porsche Boxster could be headturning if it has the sport kit on and in the a bright colour - maybe speed yellow or guards red.

sadly the 90s cars of celicas, MR2s, and whatever else used to grab attention don't seem to have stayed on in manufacturers models. if you want something cheap then this could be up your street:

Better?

Even if you only want it for posing, still terrible MPG. That's all i was saying.
You did know someone suggested a Camaro 5.0L V8 on page one, right?

An Audi is a perfect blank canvass for a 20 year old who wants to turn heads. I wouldn't myself, but i'm not going to judge others 'McDonalds carpark' posing exploits hehe

Guaranteed to turn heads (possibly away from the car, but you didn't specify which way you wanted heads to turn) biggrin
