Leave it a few months, then go and put a screw or a nail in one of his tyres, leave it a couple more months & do it in another one, repeat as neccessary until you feel happier.
He'll think he's having st luck, you'll have satisfaction your fking him off & costing him money.
Or alternatively pull the rubbers off his windscreen wipers, he probably won't notice & it'll fk him off when it stats scratching the windows!

Superglue has the same effect, either rips the rubber off, strips the spindle or breaks the wiper linkage laugh

So your sister is now single, has her own car and place ? Result whats her number ?

I think you could do of the mentioned ideas

turn up at his work cause a scene
smash his head in
smash his car up
shoot his parents
crap in his bag
kidnap him cut his balls off
etc
etc

if it was my sister I know what I would want to do, but in real life

£300 from Maplins 4 digital CCTV system, point it round the car / front of house
let him come back and do it again or engage is some baiting for him to come back
once you have him on CCTV call poice, ensure arrested and charged, ensure his boss sees the film and knows he has a criminal record

good bye to his job

2 sides to every story and that - what did your sister do to upset him so much? Even nutty blokes need a trigger, not just someone leaving.

I'd love to see the look on his face every time he goes out to see that his tyre "has gone again".

I haven't read more than the op's first post, but please report this to the police. Immediately attempt for a restraining order and stop all contact between any of your her family and friends with the guy. I have had this happen to two people I know and they did get the restraining order but did keep in contact, by trying to reason with the worthless piece of st, it did not end well in both cases, and without trying to scare you it got very serious quickly and lives have been ruined.
