Car Finance - handing back options?

The good lady has an audi a1 which she's had for about 6 months
its a 6 x 23 just hand it back at the end of the term jobby. Deal with audi finance. She's been offered a decent company car so does anybody know if we can get out of this deal without getting too butt f
ked by the dealer.
Its not a problem to keep the a1 if we need to......
