Porsche make more sports cars, and more variants of those sports cars, than at any time in their history. I think Europeans will be ok.

I was following a Cayenne into work this morning. It was a 3.2 V6. The git driving it didn't even know the National Speed Limit. The Cayenne really does embody the essence or Porsche raping its own heritage, and the self-aggrandising douchebags that buy them. I just had to keep thinking 'it funded the Carrera GT, it funded the Carrera GT, it funded the Carrera GT'...
It probably funded every Porsche made in the last few years - it's arguably their best earner...

End of the day 'their history' is the VW Beetle/Camper anyway - if hippies could afford Cayennes they'd probably paint em pink smile

Macan, if pronounced with a k, is only one letter different than the not so nice slang word "makak" for North African people in Flemish...
If pronounced slightly differently it's "Raymond Luxury Yacht" too - and your point is?

This will help fund the development of the new Supercar in the £150k market along with the development of a new entry Boxster entry model.

It will do well.

Mr. CC.

True that. Cayenne was Porsche's top seller in the UK last year by a wide margin

Get over yourselves.

Some people might be annoyed that Porsche keep plodding away with those pesky 911s, since they're slowing production of Cayennes!

This. It'll be a re-skinned Q5 for an even more ridiculous price. And it will sell like hot cakes.

Before the next Baby Porsche, based on the Golf.

Rinse and Repeat

My dream of owning a 911 is kind of becoming a bit watered down

Point proven I think, not everyone will make a "nice" assumption wtih that name...

Maybe it's just my twisted mind, or maybe it's the marketing stuff I studied that still plays a role...
