Conversely I know of 2 other owners who all got rid of theirs in shorter times than I did (I had mine 5 months)....mine had just 700 miles on the clock when I picked it up so was effectively 'new'. It looked great and sounded awesome but was slow, thirsty, handled like a boat (all relatively) and was very poorly put together with rubbish reliability (it went back to the dealer twice a month each month!), with woeful throttle lag, suspension issues, faulty electrics etc......should have been a much better car and was utterly disappointing
Oh dear. Mortgage and a snotter it is for me then. Bungleaio said:

DB7/9 Volante.
I did this.Cheap insurance, cheap to tax(ish) and reasonable parts and servicing, well reasonable for a car that cost 100k new.
It has a noisy exhaust and sounds like an old Formula 1 car when you hoof it through the gears. Everybody also thinks you are mad for buying a potential ticking time bomb of old British built sports car goodness!
A Sagaris while there are still some at that price, guaranteed investment, it will be worth 50k in a few years.
