This bunch of tts have been dragging the aberdeen bypass through the courts for years

Is there anyway of taking them to court because of the inconvience they are causing me by stopping the bypass from being built

Usually in these things, whoever runs out of money first is declared the loser.

That's not a pissing contest I'd want to play at.

I'm sure there is, but would you really want to spend the sort of money involved? Sadly there is no "No Win No Fee" on inconvenience suits...

These are the idiots that said they had the public support after geting a 10,000 people to sign an online protest where as a few weeks later about 15,000 people signed a online petition telling them to fk off

I don't think its ever gonna happen.
Having driven twice a month between Perth and Dyce since '97 its never changed.
The whole system is a shambles.
Offshore workers dont want to use public transport to travel offshore.
If they have an early or late flight they lose a day or two staying in Aberdeen overnight.
Taxi's dont want to collect you from the airport and take you to Dyce as its too short a journey and they lose a place in their queue.
Unfortunately the North Sea has stopped growing, its now depleating, the Brents are decommissioning. There are more excused why not to have a bypass.
It really is an awful drive and I hate it, surely the residents of Anderson Drive must feel the same about constant queues of traffic or race track infront of their family home.

If you can show a quantifiable loss to you or your business that's directly attributable to their actions, you could give it a go in the small claims court. Might I suggest wasted fuel costs and lost earnings due to being stuck in traffic?

The trouble is, being stuck in traffic is a decision you make. No-one is forced into their car and onto that route by anyone. So you can only really sue yourself for your own choices.

If there was another way other than driving that route, I, personally would take it.
Unfotunately as I said, the public transport system is appauling.
Dont understand why they never introduced a Park and Ride system from south of the Dee past the town centre and onto the airport.
Along with a trains that arrive in Aberdeen before 05:00 and leave after 22:00

People dont really have a viable alternative
