I'm all for purity, but I've gotta say that makes a rather subtle car to a stunner. Doesn't go with the badge and pedigree, and the standard model is effective aesthetically in its own way, but I don't think anyone experiencing that in close proximity would deny it a second glance.

Yet more confirmation that money doesn't buy you happiness. Only knowing your cars can do that smile

I think it looks OK. Looks a bit like a GT3 version of the standard car. I wonder how it drives though.

Well I happen to think the standard car is a looker and I am pleased to see Mansory have not turned it into a pile of puke! Are they becoming more normal these days as this isnt the first time they have toned things down a bit?

That's actually not bad looking, 1 mistake though which they will find out when the spoiler / air brake pops up and rips off the one they put on, proper tuners like hennessey actually think about these things

I hope those Mansory Boys dont fiddle with Suspension like the do on Vanquish
My 2005 Vanquish S had Mansory Springs in the suspension and 20 inch Kahne wheels all care of Mansory
I was horrified at how badly the car drove and its inability to deal with Speed-Humps even at crazy oblique angles as it was so low
Bought a set of standard Vanq wheels and a set of stanard springs and set the car to "Factory" specs ........Transformed....drives like a dream now
Lets hope the Mac doesnt go the same way

Meh. When Mansory make a F1 car that can win races and championships I'll may start to accept thier marketing bullst that they can improve a car made by MacLaren.

As things currently stand, I think the jury hasn't even decided whether they've even done anything but ruin the Range Rover. They may have a posh name and an address in the land of cuckoo clock, but it's expensive pimp-my-ride stuff IMHO.

anything fast said:
I think its about time Mclaren did some major fiddling with this car..

Get the bd up to 1000 bhp, put a 400k price tag on it and make the Veyron look like what it is.. an overpriced, over engineered rich mans willy on wheels.

its got the potential!
Overpriced? The Veyron is sold at a massive loss, moron. Unfortunately, we can all see what the McLaren is, as the Ferrari 458 Italia has shown us. It's a characterless, generically designed car with no soul. The Veyron is a legend, the McLaren is an anti-climax. Now you can dream up of some more fantasies where the McLaren has 1000bhp and is "400k", never mind about reality. wink

Mansory have ruined it in my opinion, looks downright hideous.
The Hennessey isn't bad but I would still take the stock model.
