Snog: Mini. They're great cars for other people to own.
Marry: Le deux-cent-cinq. Love it. Always will. It's flawed and old, but it's brilliant.
Avoid: Anything made by a committee. Essentially anything modern and mass-produced.

Marry;

Avoid (at all costs, I'd rather walk);

I'm sure a lot of people want to avoid the one they've married once in a while! laugh

Snog - Dodge Viper GTR/S - Crude, inappropriate, but a bit of a go-er and will turn heads. You might regret it in the morning, but you'll smile when you think about it a year later

Marry - F40 - Who wouldn't want to spend the rest of their life with their dream partner?

Avoid - Nissan Micra/Triumph Accraim - "Daily Mail Virgins"

458 Spider - dirty bird

C63 AMG estate - OK a bit high maintainance but I like "a lady in the street but a freak in the bed"

Some Kia MPV - test drove for my old man a few weeks ago, can't remember the model but on exit I had one word for him "avoid"

She got the monumental hump once when I exceeded my Car allowaance (number wise) see thread on hiding cars but within a weekend the additional carlton estate was stripped for parts and I was back inside the agreed limit of 4 cool and all was well again with the world

I have the running costs of all my cars tracked on a spreadsheet but I don't make it public sorry - If I ever sell the car every parts bill and itemised service information by date as well as fuel expenditure over the ownership period goes to the new owner - the one thing I don't do is sum it all up while I own the car - for my own sanity

I've had a love hate relationship with the car for 12 years - it does one thing really well (it is utterly freaking brilliant at being an intercontinental ballastic missile - Norfolk one night - Millan next evening for an evening meal - OK we stayed for two weeks but you get the idea) and I don't use it often enough for that to justify ownership....... But that's what being a petrolhead is about if you have to justify it.........

Snog: Speaks for itself, really. I shall call it... the Black Beast.

Marry: These things have it all, can do it all, but more importantly, give me a rather substantial erection. Zombie proof, glacier proof, geiser proof, desert proof, what more could you possibly ask for?

Avoid: Fcensoredk that!

Gut feel here is she'll be up for sale end of this year or early next year but I'll only sell a car when it's near perfect and I'll sort out a few little issues between now and the Le Mans Classic (final long run that the Monza has been doing for last 3 classics but that's track only car now) Then VBOA at Billing and a couple of other shows
