what's the rudist word I can post on PH?
Discussion
After spending 2 weekends removing and installing the clutch on my wife's car, I've now realised I connected the release bearing wrong.
It is a pull type clutch, and the bearing needed to be installed on the fork, not the pressure plate. Without this, you can't get the fork to pick up the release bearing, and pull the clutch apart.
The workshop manual failed to include this vital piece of information.
I now have the options of:
- taking it all apart, trying not to destroy the plate taking the bearing off, and reassembling it all
- getting it towed to a garage
- setting fire to it
So, I need a suitably rude word to describe how I feel.
Any suggestions welcome.

I sympathise, been there....
Just get back on the horse, soon as you start you are on your way, wont take as long as you have freed up all the bolts and know how it comes apart.
Take credit it for doing it yourself, live and learn, MTFU and get on with it, then enjoy a well earned beer and a curry.
