Taste..it is such a personal thing...

Personally, I like modern Ferraris as much as the ebola virus. This tho? Ebola + AIDS.

Clearly, I'm a man of no taste, lol.

"What you can do to your 458 if you're Eric Clapton"

Well if given a chance to have this personalized 458 Ferrrai I would rather ride all my loved ones on it! And we will keep on driving and traveling around. We all know that rich people get access to things everyone else cannot afford to dream about. One thing many people can't get is a completely personalized Ferrari. Eric Clapton recently received one, a custom-built 458 Italia, which is now an internet sensation. If you are financing used car, you might like to keep away from costly Ferraris. Clapton is such a lucky guy!

I'm no fan of the 458s styling but this is a much better looker to me. It was too prissy and scientific before Eric worked his magic.

Then again I own a Nissan Figaro much like he does so I may be a little bit bias

Hate Ferrari and everything that they stand for. That pantomime a few years ago, when they were selling off those old F1 cars, was just the final straw. Didn't that idiot Caudwell not buy one? And the owners...... Jesus!
A while ago, I remember hoping that the pre-bankruptcy, proposed General Motors takeover concluded successfully, and GM being GM, subsequently launched such classics as the Ferrari Vectra, or the Vauxhall Astra Ferrari. Just for those lovely, anal Ferrari brand lovers.

Anyway, surely this can't be Clapton's? Where's the swastika decal? Where's the B.N.P. stickers?

As I said, "the owners...... Jesus!"

I like it.

The way the article is written though is shocking.

There is a very discrete business in Coventry that knocks up prototype car bodies (for manufactures ) for a darn sight less than Ferrari charge. Find a scrap one, wheel it down there, and there you are.

Is there a PH topic - or a website - with all the one off Ferrari cars in it?

This EC car: dunno if I'd spent my 3M on this. But then: sir wants his own stuff and chooses not to pick a P1 or LF.

For 3M I'd fill a Ferrari garage with a Daytona, a 246 Dino, a 250 GT Europa, a 550, a 330, a 275/2 and with the change left I'd pick a decent 308GT4.
