Strong price, but if the paintwork is original it may be worth a look. Personally I think the ubiquity of them and the mileage of this particular example make it overpriced, but nevertheless I see the attraction.
A fair point, but I've not seen any this tidy - with tatty examples anywhere between £500-1500 depending on just how much needs doing, it doesn't seem like a lot more money for one that will require minimal expenditure to enjoy it from day 1. If anything it's too good an example as I'd want to take it on track days.RenesisEvo said:
I've been having thoughts of replacing my workhorse with a toy, and I can't stop looking at this:

That's coming from a well respected owner on mx5 nutz,i can see this increasing in value, good mk1's are rare.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1989-Eunos-Roadster-MX5-...

RUF 3800s today, 981 Boxster with a 991 CS drivetrain.
Lovely looking thing, but that's a Cayman. In my defence it'd spent the night looking at the Boxster variant Bob Forstner have in at the moment, the Caymans just the same internals with a proper roof!
