So what car have you been obsessing about today?? (Vol 2)
Discussion
You post wasn't about the car it was snobbery and racism in your post. Tell me what does a sketchy Asian look like?
You are most welcome to voice your opinion on what you like but if you base on owners as you clearly do then I'm going to judge your opinion on it. And yes it is strange. If you had posted you preferred old ones I wouldn't have commented but you didn't and now you are back tracking, what the fk has the price got to do with it in this thread? Who care what you could have had.
The thread is about what car we are obsessing about, that's what I'm wanting today. Feel free to post up what you are wanting.
I like new g wagons, I like old g wagons I also like jeep and rr and lr. Today I want an orange g wagon.

I cant get the lust for a jag xf out my head, but i really dont need a new car at all, the one i have does everything i could ever need, and is quick enough to be fun, the jag would add nothing tangible, and cost a lot more and i'd be permenantly worried about it getting vandalised or dinged in a car park, and the last time i had a flash car it made a real difference with my customers haggling over price.
I wish i could just get it out my head once and for all.

what is so special about a G Wagon? The only people I see driving them are rich "soccer moms" in brand new G 350's and sketchy rich Asians in a G63 ... I've never seen one older than 1 year old. It's like they dispose of them after a certain age!Mastodon2 said:
Speaking of road legal LMP cars, there is a guy in Japan with a Porsche 962 registered for the road.
Maybe my greatest car obsession of all, I love these things. Can you imagine how wildly impractical it would be taking one of these to the shops - but you'd still do it, just for the sheer spectacle of driving such a thing on the road. I imagine it's a bit of a pig to drive, with just 5 gears to get to 225mph and a boost curve like satan's doorstep.

When people ask what my favorite car is, a "Dauer 962" returns funny looks.

I don't care what they supposedly say about you, I quite like that too. And generally I have neither a use or desire for SUVsrampageturke said:

This car, or one exactly like it, was smashed to bits in a crash with a utility pole at 130MPH in Thailand. The driver was 17 an only just bought it, and unfortunately he went with the car.Edit:
I don't think it's an RE, but it clearly must of been tuned

Trying desperately to argue my way out of deeply wanting the Alfa Romeo Guilia Quadrofoglio (sp?) after visiting a dealer on Saturday. If I have a good finance-juggle I reckon I could do it...
I really like the idea of these, looks great in the Harris video.FYI, its spelt 'Quattroformaggi' (at least that's what I think of every time I read it).

The only two things holding me back are the fact no manual ones are being sold in the UK and I haven't managed to sell one of my Kidneys yet.
What about the fact that it'll be worth a couple of pounds in a couple of years if standard Alfa depreciation is anything to go by?Tailgater said:
