So what car have you been obsessing about today?? (Vol 2)
Discussion
This week I have mostly been obsessing about a facelifted (post 10-plate) Lexus IS-F.
I'm at least 18 months away from changing from my current car, and not sure how I can justify the running costs, but there's something about that V8 sleeper I love.
I've been a hot hatch man for as long as I can remember, so this would be a massive change.
Also interested in the new RS Megane when it gets unveiled, but I think my next car should be something special.

I managed 19.37 MPG across 8,303.29 miles during my ownership of a prefacelift ISF. Running costs were reasonable for the type of car. I'm at least 18 months away from changing from my current car, and not sure how I can justify the running costs, but there's something about that V8 sleeper I love.

That's what I love about PH. I don't have to say what it is, or reference anything and the response is completely knowing and subtle.
Uh, what country do you think this is?! See what a finski can do to a guy's attitude?

Just watched Chris Harris's TG video of the Alfaholics GTA-R 290.
Always wanted an one... just want one even more now!
I go walking with the lucky owner of an Alfaholics GTA-R, very nice.Always wanted an one... just want one even more now!
I seriously need a ride in one, ive driven a fairly stock 2litre GTV now and it was "adequate" but 200+bhp would be so cool !

Doesn't it depend on whether it's the V8, V10 or V10 plus?
It will be the little V8 largelunchbox said:
Then again I wouldn't call a countach a super car, great looks and noise but crap to drive
Were do you get that from, according to the reviews at the time it was viewed as great out on the open road but hard work round town. I suppose that if all you wanted to do was pose in it then it was a pain. But that is not what it was built for.
