This is another marmite one, the comments in the video are saying brilliant and awful, I think I like it, but maybe with not so many colours.

It's a black plastidip type base coat, with coloured dye powder, and a gloss top coat. As it's plastidip it peels off.

I've just been catching up on this thread, good to see that it still rarely fulfils the brief! At least they got the last six letters right when naming this bath tub st tip from an earlier page..

you ought to see/hear/smell & taste the shredded rubber whilst it's being drifted around Castle Combe.

it seems a tiny bit wrong that a car with show car quality paint/build gets absolutely punished on the track but thats exactly what it was built to do!

Probably the best thing that can be done to a 2+2

...whilst in no way is that meant to be a compliment*. Seen this a couple of times. It just looks rough frown

*goes without saying it's still several orders of magnitude above anything I could achieve paperbag

Not as keen to be honest, I just think the red one is so well executed that I can forgive the stancing, chopping etc.

I has wondered whether the photos I'd seen were a bit complimentary...

Given that the builder started with what most would have merely scrapped, I think it's a pretty good achievement. It reminds me of the XJ13 and whilst the new engine is a great choice, the stacks are a bit too much for me. I've never been much of an E type fan, especially the convertibles. Seeing a 2+2 running so low and looking so aggressive though has really opened my eyes to their potential.

No pics yet will follow!
Jordon Musser released a new video on his Porsche Cayman S project. The goal is to install a twin-turbo LS3 V8 and a Lamborghini Gallardo transaxle. The engine will make around 700 whp on low boost and 1,200 whp on high boost. In part 2 Jordon tries to remove the flat-six and it doesn’t go very easy.

That is one aggressive looking car! If I had the means I'd love one.
