Subjective but I don't like the colour. I'm not sure on the stance either as there's a bit too much arch gap. Interior is looking a bit tired too.

That said, I would still like it sat on the driveway.

Link to the build or for sale ad for the BMW? Very interesting!

That BMW looks like a proper thing. Like that a lot.

I’m not a fan of the design of the 1-Series, but that does look rather nice and purposeful.

I can just imagine that with wide arches, a bigger rear spoiler and in some sort of race livery on a track somewhere.

I'll be a dissenting voice here - I can appreciate the work that's done, but it's still fking hideous

My pal has an S62 V8 powered 1 series and it's a proper weapon on track.

Each to their own I guess. I think the same about a lot of american cars.

This is here on benefit of the doubt because it looks well built but what's been built might be an issue. Robert Downey Jr's BMW CS https://www.thedrive.com/news/36064/robert-downey-...

It has a BMW M5 E34 engine, with an automatic gearbox. The wood on the dashboard and doors is also on the boot spoiler and beltline trim.

Holding back on putting the wood trim on the outside would probably help a lot, it's got carbon bits already, make those carbon too. I like the interior. It would probably be more fun with a manual. It's nearly there.

There's just something a bit off about the stance though. A little lower with a bit of negative camber might improve things? I'm not keen on the wheels and gearbox choice either. Apart from that though...
