Love this. With the skirts it looks as if it's about to go and hoover something or cut the grass like one of those robo-vacs smile

The Subaru's reign as World's Coolest Pickup might even be short lived...*

It's a Rocket Bunny kit. First made for 'Brap Pitt', Hoonigan's rotary powered pit truck:

2,800 dollars for the body kit. Bit of paint, £1000 on wheels and tyres and the S carry is about £4500 on eBay….I wonder if they have it on spacers, I expect they flipped the rear axle to lower it and some coilovers up front….350kg payload is a useful and cool little truck.

I'm putting this here as it's a big step up from the MR2 based Ferrari replicas. It's a Boxster based McLaren F1 LM, and yes the driver does sit in the middle. https://www.carthrottle.com/post/this-surprisingly...

By "based on a Boxster" they appear to mean it's a custom spaceframe with a Boxster engine mounted in it. That's a bit like saying a Caterham is based on a Ford Focus. smile

But why oh why use an automatic!?

I'd imagine it was easier than redesigning the shift linkage. I'm wondering why they'd go to the trouble of making a new chassis but still get the proportions so wrong, that front overhang is massive. Definitely a no to the odd looking single seat auto from me, I'd rather have a standard Boxster.

Looks like a complete build rather than a modification - Still looks nice though smile

I'd like to see a start to finish type thread though...

not sure what to make of this bit of madness - it's mad-genius, I wouldn't want to own it but it makes me smile...
