not quite sure I like the 350z in cab form?

Like the 2 box's though. Bought and sold to Adrian, might go and see that one. He has a nice Chim too..
A lot of bang for buck with the 350z seemingly. I'm being very careful not to look into older 2.5 Boxsters now...

This looks nice, but cant help thinking a little more for a 987 might be more sensible, even if less spec...

Up the budget slightly and look at a Z4M or 987 smile

I think it might need to be 987

Personally, I prefer the 986 to the 987, although the later car looks better both inside and out.

I agree. If you are looking at an £11k 986, a £12k 987 would be a better place for your cash. Ifyou can keep the miles low, it will arguably fall less than an equivalent 986...

20k service interals may help a bit too?

Spoken to the owner of this. Needs a service, but otherwise seems good value.

The colour is doing nothing for me though - I'd prefer Black, Red or Dark Blue.

I love seal grey - great colour and quite easy for resale too. Seems good value for an S, although at that age with those miles it may need a big service and the clutch would definitely warrant checking I would say.

I don't know having not driven one, but the 987 2.7 isn't said to lose mug to a 986 S so that could be an option, as you would definitely find one for less than the S you posted.

It's telling though that no matter how many cars I think of, I always come back to the Boxster as the perfect solution!
