Damn that Noble must be good! It's the first time Chris Harris has said he preferred a car above a Porsche GT3...

The camerawork is good. Nearly Top Gear good on a tenth of the budget (at a guess).
Most of the cameras where 'lock-offs' so with good camera's/lenses being so cheap now you'd struggle to make them look bad!

Nice vid.

"Through MIS, it was £1,750. I still don’t know quite what to make of that sum because on the one hand it made a catastrophic dent in my film budget for 2012, on the other hand, the underwriters were exposed to a potential £150K payout."

Not to bring the dreaded Insurance word up in the topic but if you were limited to just a £150k limit you would have paid a lot less for the premium, if you had an incident ie ran out of talent, blew a seal and dumped oil on the track and several cars behind you lost control your insurer are liable for their damages, the track repai costs and even worse the personal injury claims by the parties involved so the potential payout can be into the millions, and yes claims have hit the millions pound mark several times.

But great video and great cars, still think the radical would do me for a scary 10 minutes of my life.

No.

It was a private trackday.

Pork pie and cider. Mmmm!

Great video - must have been a real blast to drive it. Would have been nice to keep in some of the overtakes though: I know you weren't there to race or do lap times but it's fun to watch M3s and RS3s getting blitzed, especially when they're trying...

The "sprog's" babyseat is going to be in something a bit more exclusive than a boring MPV in his case...

I think the M600 looks like a serious option if you just want to drive a car and not waste your life farting about with irritating buttons.
Great video.
I think DonkeyApple sums the Noble up perfectly, as did Harris. It's a car if you like driving, not dicking about with buttons and showing off to your mates... And it's so good to see a high end car with a proper manual gearbox! Hoorah!

Great vid, really enjoyed the natural and fairly simple commentary and both cars looked amazing. Was there anything on track that could keep up with it in a straight line?

Chris, you clearly loved driving the M600 but did you love it enough that you'd consider trading the GT3 RS in for one? (assuming you could scrape together the extra £80k from somewhere smile )

Anyway, watched the whole thing and agree with others that it was the best bit of motoring escapism I've seen in a good while, thanks smile

My only criticism is; I think the video would have had more flow and it would have been a better build up if you took the noble m600 out first.

That was a great video Chris, 200mph must have been fun, am I right in thinking that not many cars achieve 200Mph on the ring straight.
