I would love a smart roadster but the lack of space in the "boot" is the main reason there isn't one outside my house. Money would be the reason there wouldn't be a McLaren estate outside unfortunately!
You'd be surprised how much you can get in the boot. I managed to get a bi-weekly shop of £150 just in the the rear boot.

Perhaps not outsell, but would certainly be as, if not more, sought after. Look how the Audi R8 was received - i know that doesn't outsell 911 either - and that was from a company that doesn't even specialise in sports cars!
