It only comes up as mileage unreadable if it’s an extension in place of the first MoT.
Gotcha, thanks
..or it could be 'unreadable' due to a few months worth of The Sun blocking the dash. Mot guy not allowed to move it..similar to engine covers.

Not still for sale but sensational mileage and condition, and also a fully stamped Mercedes dealer service history up to 912,000 km!

That is 'peack Dutch motoring' for me. How on earth that held on for so long I am amazed honestly. But it looks 'classic Service spec', and all the better for it. Drivers seat looks hardly worn.

A great thred about mega mileage W124s can be seen below:

Price is a typo surely? £68k would make it the most expensive 928 in the country - even our friends who park their cars in the lake have one up for less, and they're recognised as being at the top of the market. This one is up for £60k with 50k miles

Its a private sale, sometimes people over rate the value of their cars.

A 3 year old i20 with 253000 miles, that's over 84000 miles a year.

The 250D-4 is a great engine and will do the distance but even so that's likely to be a real triggers broom of a car..

I'd rather walk than buy a car from MotorHub

A rare occurrence of clocking(*)where the figure goes up to show how reliable it is.

(*Allegedly)

W12 Phaeton, fastidious owner as evidenced by both the description and the clean MOT history in recent years. 234,000, £11,990.

Slightly chancing it, in my view. Surely, this is worth £6k at most.

I agree. Might be well cared for, but that's a lot of use by anyone's standard. Plus, Phateons aren't worth a lot even with low mileage.

They have been more recently advertised on AT with quite high asking prices, which I found surprising.

Very dated looking huge money pit of a barge.
A liability on any forecourt.
£2K private sale.

That's not far off the WBAC valuation of £2,190

On the subject of Phaetons - THIS V10 diesel one has done 285,000 miles (less than 20k per year) - and is the lah-di-dah LWB with individual rear seats.

Just been reduced to £3,999 - the advert looks a little desperate to get shot of it. It does have a new engine though...

Show me a W12 on sale anywhere running or not for £2k and I'll go buy it and give you a £1000 finders fee. It's a breaker at that mileage no doubt, even if it's currently running and driving perfectly. It's certainly overpriced but it's nowhere near a £2k car, that's just plain silly. At £6k it would make some sense

It’s a W12 Phaeton not a 2.0tdi Passat.

It’s overpriced but even the cheapest phaeton on AutoTrader is £2,606 and that’s an 07 diesel not a 2010 w12.
