As far as smoker barges go, I'd call this a "desirable E60" - low mileage, one owner from new, and I bet even the tyres would please Mr Fox. (Just not the car to which they are attached).
That looks like value to me. Looks nice too.hephillips said:

Something fishy, just sounds to good, not stupidly cheap, but suspiciously cheap!
It's just an all together strangely put together add, Slightly random pictures (interior doesn't look to have been taken at the same time as the exterior, if you look at the 3rd picture the old guy is in the car in the assenger seat along with a kid in the back, and of course standing by it in the 1st)..... Makes me wonder if the have been lifted of someones Facebook page or similar, and the text starts as if your going to get a long winded detailed description, but ends very matter of fact fashion

Nope, triangulation suggests it's in Stratford Upon Avon. Personally, given that he's owned it since 2004, I'm guessing that he's not used to selling cars, so he's not sure what constitutes a good advert.
My faith in humanity is touching, no?
Just going to say 21 miles from me, so Stratford figuresMy faith in humanity is touching, no?
.... Could well be photos of when new, tyres are slicked and all other cars in car ark are older, P reg Mgf, mk3 golf, Peugeot 206Sw

Ah, so the reason it looks in such great condition is because the photos were taken when it was new!
And still folks were picking fault with the interior I will say one thing though, looking on autotrader there does seem to be no differential in price between petrol and diesel E60's which is in stark contrast to E39's where diesels fetch a easy £1k + more

Right colour, right wheels, and apparently a folder of bills to substantiate the mileage. I like VERY much...
That does look very nice. Something disturbingly alluring about these.Right colour, right wheels, and apparently a folder of bills to substantiate the mileage. I like VERY much...

I noticed when I was looking for mine (an E61 in my case) a few months back that, whilst there were far fewer petrols around, they were (often far) lower mileage at equivalent price points. I've still yet to see a Touring at equivalent age and miles to the one I bought, for similar money. I'm no expert, but it seemed an odd market to me.

I was going to say the old guy has that 'look at my new car' kinda smile in the first pic with his arm draped possessively over it, but didn't want to add to the paranoia Still, if it's been looked after well it could be a good buy.
