I want to know how they extended the hatch's bodyshell to gain some extra loadspace.

Anyone?
These used to be everywhere in Italy. The phone and electricity companies ran them (SIP and ENEL)
Why on earth do i find these very cool???!! I mean...the stuff they can carry must be miniscule...but i think thats kinda cool....?!

The Fluence is a Megane saloon, they were sold in mainland Europe with petrol and diesel engines. And as stated, they're cheap because a) you're tied to a batter lease and b) it's a Megane saloon.

They're comfy to drive though. Other than that I can't think of any redeeming features...

Judging by the reg number and what I think is Stormont in the background, I'll wager that the car was originally from the Irish Republic and slipped "over the border" into The North.

Not cheap enough it seems, even at this price they don't move. I guess the early adopters are now swapping into the Leaf or Zoe with 2-3x the range and this is the wheeled equivalent of a Betamax player. On another thread it was suggested someone is trying to shift one for a grand and still struggling - irrespective of what you pay you're in for £70+ per month battery lease.

It's because there's a fking great battery in there - in the normal petrol or diesel version the boot is indeed massive
