I'd never heard of it so did some digging. The interior is lovely in a simple yet elegant way.

Jioto Caspita. Powered by a subaru flat 12 making around 500hp if I remember right. Top speed was allegedly 300km/h, but the car was never built.

Interesting. I knew Subaru developed a flat 12 in an aborted F1 engine programme, but I never knew it found its way into a car.

So I zoomed in on the picture - does indeed look like LJKS but seems unlikely. Then I looked at the row of Fiats in the background and wondered what on earth the gold thing is ...

The Italian 12 cylinder F1 engine WAS the Subaru flat 12. It wasn't their engine, it was done by Motori Moderni and badged as a Subaru for the Coloni team. Koenigsegg still have a few of them because they tried it in their first prototype CC.

Anyway, here's a video of the Judd V10 powered version. One of the best sounding supercars ever made. Both prototypes looked amazing too, sadly they're in locked away in museums now never to be ran again it seems.

Looks like a 70's Chevy C10 with a cab mounted on the bed.

I thought the Subaru F12 powered the 1990 Coloni for half a season driven by Bertrand Gachot? (They got rid of it because it was so laughably slow it could not even get within a few seconds of pre-qualifying pace, but even that was better than the Life team...)

I don't have numbers, but I know they're still about on the continent; a few people I follow on FlickR have spotted them.
