Hyundai genesis. Saw one today and didnt realise they existed. Had a look and a 3.8 litre luxury car with Hyundai depreciation had a certain appeal. Hopefully theyll be dirt cheap in a few years and I might be tempted as I seem to have a thing for rare obsure luxo barges with huge depreciation.

Yes, the pound shop Maybach. I'd buy one too, but not at the current prices..got a lot of 'Phaeton Depreciation' to go before I enter..

The Saab Lancia 600 GLE no less. New one on me. Can't see a single bit of Saabism on it at all.

Ford Territory (Aus) used the 2.7 AJD-V6 (190 PS):
Its hard to believe that isn't related in some way to Land Rover. Googling suggests it isn't.

I could see something like that being a decent seller in the UK and if they did LHD the rest of the EU.

Diahatsu Charade DeTomaso.

Shame about the wheels

I'll add one via a vague link to this...

Thats what I hoped it was lol, i do remember seeing a Daihatsu De Tomaso for sale in the late 90s at the Southampton Jeep/Chrysler dealer on Winchester Road. The good thing with NZ is it throws up some randon jap goodness from time to time. Like Nissan RB powered Commodores.

No ideas...i would want to say Suzuki or similar, but yeah...very odd car
Some friends of mine have one of those, they call it Wilma. It is a Toyota WiLL. According to Wikipedia it is some sort of youth orientated lifestyle brand that was used by different Japanese companies from 1999-2004. You see a lot of odd grey imports here in NZ. The most common is the Tiida:

Which having driven 900km in one, I can confirm it is a car. There is literally nothing more to say about it.

In the world of bizarre names though is this:

I know someone with one, who told me it was a 'Toyota Racist'.

Classic Range Rover 4.2 (4.3):

Apparently the V8 used the crankshaft castings from the 'Iceberg' Rover V8 turbodiesel project.

Wonder why the V8 wasn't used in the P38A?
I think that car lives near my parents house.

There’s one in my village, they were never officially imported into the UK but were imported into Ireland. Arnold Clarke brought in a load to Scotland.

Maybe they moved the ignition key down to by the gear stick. ISTR there was an Audi based on the Delta. I had a 1600.
