Insignia Convertible.

Actually looked quite good in a Vauxhall kind of way.

Totally flew under my radar before the other day at the traffic lights with the roof down.

Astra convertible
Cascada but yes, basically an Astra convertible.
A good bit bigger than an Astra

Yes, it is called a Cascada, I just meant that it's based on the Astra rather than the Insignia

It's quite a bit longer, yes. Much like a VW Eos vs a Golf or a Peugeot 307CC vs a 307

Eos was as long as the 'booted' saloon, Bora

307 was only about 15cm longer than the hatch

Cascade is 30cm longer than the Astra

Like those What Car Is This threads where 10 people post the same correct answer, everyone concurs on a successful result then someone suggests it's something else....which it isn't. Someone reads that, doesn't read the thread and suggests the correct answer... again.

I'd like one of those, I notice they call it an SUV, not sure what is particularly SUV about it, as opposed to a 'a big estate car'
Marketing.
Apart from the draining board attached to the side I quite like that. I’d rather have that than the gopping MINI Blobman

I think we are agreeing that the Cascada is longer than the Astra!

I think the Cascada is only 2 or 3cm longer than the Buick Verano (which is essentially a 'booted' Astra) though.
