I think those lights on the first car come from a Lancia Beta Spider and the bottom ones from an Alfa Romeo Alfetta.

I first heard of them in a set of Top Trumps Sports Cars; if you had it, it was an automatic winner on engine size (7.2 litres).

The Monteverdi Hai was a beautiful thing but apparently a bit of a handful.
