Mythical Velar.

Parked in a Disabled Space, obviously.
So you knew it existed but had never seen one?

And you're assuming all disabled people can't drive the Velar?
I was assuming they wouldn't be able to afford one. Having seen the driver get in, he clearly wasn't disabled.
Are all disabled people poor then?

I followed a Tuscani Elisa the other day. I thought it looked a bit like a Hyundai Couple from the rear, and it turns out there's a reason for that...

Was the couple available as a V6 in the UK though?
Yup in 2.7 V6 flavour but sadly lacking in power with only about 170bhp.

Are are disabled people visually disabled too? Watching my dad hop out of his Lexus RX he looks perfectly fine, but he’s on a cocktail of drugs that could knock out a horse and anything more than a gentle walk floors him for days. I’ll add that the reason he drives a Lexus, isn’t because he’s loaded, but it’s one of a few select cars that is the right height and has comfortable seats to drive in.

Additionally, disabled badges can also be used by partners / carers when the disabled person is in the car.

That is probably the second one I have seen.
didn't know you could diagnose mental illness or any other condition by glancing at someone in a car park! that's quite the talent you have

One of my mates is 25 and has a disabled badge. He gets out the car fine and walks in normally. By the time he gets back to the car he is fked - cocktail of drugs to keep him moving.

Don’t judge based on what you see.

Slightly more prosaic, it's the Jiffy pick up, a Mini-based kit car.
Amazing.

The mind set of 'I could do a pickup... so I'll build one from donor parts!'

I loved the kitcar scene - now I can't remember when I last saw a 'main stream' kit such a 7 or a Quantum.

Caterhams are naturally more common in the South East; there are 7 that I know of in the very small town I live in. They are definitely the most common kit car around here, followed by Cobras.
This is a very quiet area for exotic cars, but over the Easter weekend I saw 6 Supercars and only 2 kitcars.

205 on scene 1983

I'm glad I didn't know that existed. The barchetta is a pretty little thing. That coupe is hideous.

For people who want to give Audi lots of money for a supersized SUV but don't need a high rear roofline.

Quite like the look myself, it’s the name that doesn’t work for me. As I understand it, “Barchetta” denotes open top cars, so you can’t really have a Barchetta Coupe. #pedantry

Following all the 'Blue Badge' wind-ups going on above I thought 'Little Boat' was a wind up too (sorry - had to check it)... but to me it always seemed like an upturned pedlow hehe

Don't get so tetchy because you were called out on your bullst judgements and lack of critical thinking.

Have you some thought before you post next time perhaps.

It's entirely possible this person wasn't disabled and they're using the disabled bay like a tt but you can't make a snap judgement just because 'they don't look disabled' when there's a massive spectrum of what counts as a disability and you have no fking clue what that person does or doesn't have.

Nobody else cares.

This is a thread about interesting cars.

Take that holier-than-thou bullst to where it belongs, on Twitter.

Because to some people they look a lot better than the Q7 and some people like them?
