Mythical Velar.

Parked in a Disabled Space, obviously.
So you knew it existed but had never seen one?

And you're assuming all disabled people can't drive the Velar?
I was assuming they wouldn't be able to afford one. Having seen the driver get in, he clearly wasn't disabled.
Are all disabled people poor then?
Are are disabled people visually disabled too? Watching my dad hop out of his Lexus RX he looks perfectly fine, but he’s on a cocktail of drugs that could knock out a horse and anything more than a gentle walk floors him for days. I’ll add that the reason he drives a Lexus, isn’t because he’s loaded, but it’s one of a few select cars that is the right height and has comfortable seats to drive in.

Additionally, disabled badges can also be used by partners / carers when the disabled person is in the car.
For fks sake.

I shall leave you divs to it.

There were no disabled badges on the car either.
Where there any spades? Or just the one in your hand? wink

To bring the thread back to its intended purpose, here's an MTX 160RS Group B prototype.
Three were produced based on the Skoda 130RS, but with a Lada 1.6 engine producing 160bhp.
Referred to as "The bd" due to being produced without Skoda's full permission and for using a Lada engine. nerd

Barchetta Coupé.

I knew I had seen one of these before. Maybe it should have been in the badly modified thread.

Don't get so tetchy because you were called out on your bullst judgements and lack of critical thinking.

Have you some thought before you post next time perhaps.

It's entirely possible this person wasn't disabled and they're using the disabled bay like a tt but you can't make a snap judgement just because 'they don't look disabled' when there's a massive spectrum of what counts as a disability and you have no fking clue what that person does or doesn't have.
Nobody else cares.

This is a thread about interesting cars.

Take that holier-than-thou bullst to where it belongs, on Twitter.
Yeah if you don't call out bullst then it carries on and spreads so kindly fk off.

Nobody else cares? Wasn't aware you knew everybody and all of their opinions.

Anyway, it's been called out, by more than just me, so back to the cars.

Saw one of these on a recent trip to Barcelona - a Renault Talisman.

Presumably long-delayed Safrane follow-up that barely anyone will buy because it isn't an Audi?

I was glad I didn't know it existed, until now! banghead

Could have easily passed for an Insignia, Mondeo, Passat or whatever and nobody would have noticed! laugh

Has been on sale in France for a couple of years now. Sensibly won't be coming to the UK.

Laguna replacement, a decent seller in mainland Europe and a very good looking car.

Into the tastily modified thread, if anything.

These are nice on the road. Much like the new Peugeot saloon 508(?), the French cars do have a pleasant and unique style. They alas are usually made of cheese and hold their value as well impacting their popularity outside of the cheese-munching nations.

Plenty in France. Lovely car, estate version is a peach. Wish they were available in the UK.

The one which confuses me is the Renault Latitude. Seemed to sell in Europe alongside Laguna but wasn't any bigger.

On closer examination. I should have gone to Specsavers (other opticians are available) you’re right it’s a Fiat.

Easy mistake. That’s a Fiat Barrista Coupe.

Slight connection between FIATs coupe and Barchetta.........in a book on the Barchetta , it shows prototypes of the

Barchetta which were almost a coupe without a roof.

Glad they went down a different route as it just didn't work IMO.

Thanks for that rolleyes another lardy arsed POS that will be stuck up my rear bumper until we get to a corner. laugh

Pick-ups aren't exactly known for their ultimate performance either - both my cars have 250 kph limiters, but I don't think that will be an issue for the pick-ups. They are just another mobile chicane, however Barbaric they might be. banghead

Just get out of the F*cking way please!
