The Mahindra e20 electric car. There's one on ebay if you have defective eyesight.

Wow, that styling...

Looks like it has been rear ended,...
Wow. Who’d have thought an electric microcar that qualified for the under wheeled thread
Looks almost pretty compared to the Tata Magic

Saw one of these on a recent trip to Barcelona - a Renault Talisman.

Presumably long-delayed Safrane follow-up that barely anyone will buy because it isn't an Audi?
Talking of Renault, saw a Fluence this afternoon. On googling, looks like it was the electric 'ZE' version too. On UK plates too...someone must have been desperate/unhinged enough to want one...

The Fluence was briefly sold in the UK as an electric only version. Check out how cheap they are on Auto Trader as you still have to pay monthly battery rental.

Reminded me of this picture I got today of a really under wheeled pickup which must have a lift but lost it’s nice wheels/tyres.

Tiny campers

Honda N-Truck (the 2 seater front) and N-Camp (the camper trailer), unfortunately a concept and not on the road.

Honda Acty Compo. The Honda Acty pickup is a thing, the trailer is the concept part. The trailer wheels do have electric steering though, to make it 4WS hehe

So, Honda Acty or A N Other kei car pickup, and a trailer as a camper. The length would be about the same as a saloon car at a guess. Who's up for it? hehe

These are amazing, I want them all! Something absolutely fantastic about what they can do with the Kei formula. I wish we had a similar regulation over here, it would force manufacturers to be a bit imaginative rather than cars getting bigger and bigger.

America is full of them, see the tundras all the time while there. The engine isn’t for top speed more effortless power when laden/towing.

They are fantastically useful vehicles to own. People on here always talk about cars for tip runs etc. That is where a pickup does that while also towing a trailer and carrying quads/bikes/lawnmowers/whatever else you want to transport.
Yep.

There is a reason that pickups are so popular in the US. They do everything a family could want, and they do it easily.

I owned a 2016 Hilux 3.0D for a while and it was brilliant to be honest.

Loads of room inside, 4 doors, 5 seats, good visibility, all the toys you could want, easy to drive, comfortable, automatic, pretty quiet, rode well over almost all surfaces, huge load space, can easily sit at 80mph all day on the motorway.

Pickups have increased in popularity greatly over here in the last 15 years, but I think they will be growing in popularity for quite a few years to come.

It's only recently that manufacturers such as Mercedes and Renault have brought out pickups.
