Bah you young whipersnappers. I was 14 when my parents bought the 1979 RS2000 that I bought off them. I have been tempted to buy a 1965 car to have one the same age as me, but there's not much I'd be interested in that I could afford. I wouldn't mind a 1965 E Type though if I came into money.

A bit O/T, but my dad who was born in '51 had a '49 Riley RMA for many years in the 1990s/2000s. Seems to be the oldest person mentioned so far with a car older than them.

My oldest car is 11 years younger than me, my oldest bike just one year younger.
