I think these threads are totally pointless unless its achievable because everyone is just going to list 10 supercars.
To be fair to the OP, the thread is qualified as being "dream" cars.Although I would say ten in the list is nowhere near enough
ETA: that's a nicely rounded list you posted; we'd certainly be fighting over the Lotus Cortina for sale

I couldn't possibly pick just 10 and sadly will probably never own any of them.
The McLaren F1 would be in there, but if I had enough money to buy one of them and run it comfortably then I'd probably want one of each variant.
Would love an F50 as well, but would want a full collection of the Ferrari supercars.
Would also love a 355, but would want a 348 and then probably a 360CS and 430 Scuderia.
Less exotic cars like the E46 M3 CSL, Renaultsport Megane in R26 flavour, Evo 6 TME and so on....
Too much to pick.

Last time I pondered this I added a couple of conditions...
No more than 1 car from each decade and to use all the colours of the rainbow plus black, white and silver.
20s. Blue. Bugatti T35b
30s. Green. Bentley 8 litre
40s. Black. Jaguar XK120
50s. Silver. Mercedes-Benz 300SL
60s. Yellow. Lamborghini Miura S
70s. Indigo. Aston Martin V8 Vantage
80s. Red. Ferrari 288 GTO
90s. Orange. McLaren F1
00s. White. Porsche Carrera GT
10s. Violet. Pagani Zonda F

Maybe more appropriate/real world would be a top 10 garage for cars under £30,000, i.e. attainable for mostAlthough I would say ten in the list is nowhere near enough
