You do realise DC Shoes was started by Ken Block & he made gazillions of dollars when he sold it in 2004?
I didn't know that. A colleague wears them and didn't know who Ken Block was or about his videos when I mentioned them.

He should be in Dragons' Den sat in a rally seat?

Just me that was bored then?

5:40 was good though.
+1
You two are seemingly on the wrong website, and I suggest you both seek medical help immediately.

It would appear you are clinically (or at least metaphorically) dead.
Loved the first one and then a bit zzzzzzzz; seen it before in the next few. A jump is a jump and a donut is a donut now.

I hate to spoil Gymkhana 6 but there will be donuts, jumps and smoke with some scenes in super slow-mo.

I'm on the right website where I enjoyed the first one immensely wink

I could do better than that, what a loser...

I lie of course, but it seems many think this way. Maybe PH should do a video? It seems we have a lot of readers with the required skills.
OK, there's a PH challenge for you right there....

Buy a couple of SOTW candidates, gather together a handful of the bigger headed PH "meh, I could do better than that" brigade who are willing to put a few quid where their mouths are (to help pay for the cars & track), hire out a rallycross circuit somewhere, and lets see these kings of car control strut their stuff - with a full write-up in PH of course.

I think it'd be hilarious.

I think an already stickered up Saxo in a supermarket carpark would suffice

In all seriousness I thought the video and the entire Gymkhana series so far has been brilliant. The biker in the video, Travis Pastrana is also pretty legendary however sadly he didn't get much time on

Also around the 3:36 mark, did anyone else notice the GoPro fall off

Now we need Chris to do a Monkeykhana in a 205 Rallye / AX GT round Bristol? Great car control. Just shows though, that commitment to oversteer does not win races as I found when I went Gokarting a few weeks ago!

Yep, and everything, the car and all the Gymkhana/rally/other stuff is all funded by that, he just does it "for fun"

Great! cool

He has amazing car control, and even better that it was on real streets of San Fran. It may be edited, but I found it a great way to spend a fifteen minute work break! yes

I think it's great that he's such a high profile proponent of handling in America. Can't be bad news for their cars.

It would be dull. Block is driving something that cost hundreds of thousands of pounds to build, and is so far removed from any road car it's untrue.

The Guy makes WAY WAY WAY too much money selling some of the best skate shoes around hes not the greatest rally driver but hes basically paying to do what he loves which is hoon about in a car on TV and DC is one of the biggest sponsors of the ford rally team.

This guy is possibly the biggest petrol head alive. San Fran is notoriously anti car so the fact hes shredding tyres all over the place spitting fire with anti lag and closing roads so their will have been traffic chaos everywhere the Segway tree loving greenies will have been spitting feathers.

10 out of 10 to you Mr Block. Added STYX rock for style bonus too.

Only a few street segments were closed. They were closed in early morning hours on weekends, when traffic impact would have been negligible. The pier is not used by traffic except for overflow parking during busy game events at PacBell park.

Glad you got a thrill out of thinking that millions of protesters and greenies were fuming over this. They were not. Nobody in SF even knew about it...or cared. Still, if it makes you happy, stay smug. wink
